Aisha Hinds
Aisha Jamila HINDS is an American actress, best popular for her work on the TV series 'The Shield' and 'True Blood'. Since her first appearance in 2003 Aisha Jamila Hinds proven her versatility in acting with her outstanding performances on the television shows like '9-1-1,' 'Detroit 1- 8-7,' and Under the Dome. She was in 2005's "Assault on Precinct 13" acting as Anna was the first one to attract her interest. However, it was her role as women's right advocate Fannie Lou Hamer from the biographical movie "All the Way" which ultimately earned her the recognition she deserves as an actress. Hind's role as Harriet Tubman on WGN America's"Underground," a period drama, was also highly acclaimed. She currently stars on the procedural drama series '9-1-1' in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta "Hen" Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television renewed the show for a brand new season. Hind just finished filming the Hollywood film 'Godzilla: King of the Monsters, that is scheduled for release mid-2019.
