Bonnie Schneider, a weather expert who is on CNN and HLN's numerous platforms. In addition, she is the camera expert as well as co-executive producer for television specials on the DIY NETWORK known as LAST HOUSE STANDING, premiering on March 30, 2012. Bonnie's very first book was EXTREME weather, which was published by Palgrave Macmillan January 31 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. As a Boston-based special assignment reporter, she reported three times a week on lifestyle, entertainment and news. Before joining WB56 she worked as the forecaster on weekends for WFOR-TV Miami. She's had a number of jobs in meteorology and reporting, such as: News 12 Long Island that is a 24-hour cable news TV network and WXII-TV, the NBC affiliate located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She was also a regular guest on The Saturday Early Show, she was meteorologist for CBS at New York City.
